Q: Directions to Deerfield Resort?

A: There are 2 main ways to get to Deerfield Resort from I-75:

From Caryville / Jacksboro Exit 134 off I-75 (easiest, less scenic)
- Head EAST off the exit toward Cove Lake State Park on SR-63 / Veterans Memorial Hwy for 9 miles (You will pass Walmart on your left around mile 3, and Food City on your right around mile 4)
- After going through downtown Lafollette, turn RIGHT at the traffic light on S Cumberland Ave. (see directions below "From SR-63 / S. Cumberland Ave).
From Jellico Exit 160 off I-75 (possibly faster, more scenic/windy/dangerous)
- Head EAST off the exit onto US-25W and continue for 20 curvy and scenic miles.
- Once you reach the traffic light in LaFollette, you will make LEFT turn onto E Central Ave/SR-63
- Be prepared to make a RIGHT turn quickly onto S. Cumberland Ave.
From SR-63 / S. Cumberland Ave Light:
- Follow the windy road for approximately 11 miles. There will be small blue signs showing how much further until you get to Deerfield Resort along the way.
- About 1 mile after crossing over the Cedar Creek Bridge, turn RIGHT at the Dash N' Go #3
- Follow the road until you see the fork in the road and a small church on the hill, then turn RIGHT up the hill.
- After about 1 mile, you will come to a stop sign at the entrance of Deerfield Resort (straight ahead).
- After checking in at the security gate (if someone is working), you may drive to either your property or the Deerfield Vacation Rental office is about 2 miles on the main road, located at 1233 Deerfield Way (second building on the right- green building).

Q: Is there a minimum night stay required?

A: Each property has a different minimum night requirement.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

A: Check-in starts at 4:00 pm on the day of your arrival.

Check-out is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure.

Deerfield guests will check in at our office located at 1233 Deerfield Way. LaLollette, TN 37766.

Guests staying in one of our homes in the surrounding area will check in at those properties.

Q: Is there a fee for early check-in or a late check-out?

A: Yes, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out, both are subject to availability.

Q: How do I get the keys or access code to the property?

A: We will supply your unique entry code upon check-in at our office on your day of arrival.

A: The boat launch in Deerfield is located at 156 Launch Lane, Lafollette, TN 37766.
